Front desk is open 24/7. The reservation will be canceled in case of guest's no-show till 01:00 AM. Reservations are required for massage services and spa treatments. Reservations can be made by contacting the hotel prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. Pets (dogs and cats) are allowed at the hotel for an additional fee of EUR 40.00 per day per pet. Pets are not allowed in public places unattended or on a leash. Pets are not allowed in any of the food and drink outlets, as well as in the spa and fitness room, except when they are service dogs. In public areas: Dogs are not allowed in the Metropolitan Restaurant, Regency Club bar, SPA, gym, except when they are service dogs. Dogs are allowed in the tea house. Pets must be supervised, leashed or held in all common areas of the hotel, including the gardens. Damage assessment: The guest must inform the hotel about this one hour before departure in order to assess possible damage. The guest will be charged for any damage caused to the pet or for any additional cleaning required after the pet's stay. Upon check-in, guests must present a valid credit card to pay for any damage or additional cleaning. Pets are allowed: well-behaved, healthy dogs and cats. Room cleaning: For the safety and comfort of the pet, the maids enter the guest room only if the pet is absent or the guest is present and the pet is on a leash or in a cage. City tax is not required for guests younger than 13 years old.
