By completing a booking on our platform, you are placing a binding order for the mediation of the requested service. Upon receipt of your booking request, you will receive a booking confirmation by email. Please check this confirmation immediately for accuracy. The actual scope of services is based on the details provided in the booking confirmation.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices shown include taxes and fees unless otherwise stated. Payment is made either directly through our platform or on-site at the hotel, depending on the provider. On our platform, we accept the following payment methods: credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and possibly other electronic payment methods displayed during the booking process.

5. Cancellations and Changes
