Zermatt is located in a car-free zone. Access by private car is only permitted as far as the village of Täsch. Information on available ways to get to the city can be found on the city's official website. Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Switzerland hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information. The front desk is open until 23:00. In case of check-in after 10:00 PM, guests should inform the hotel in advance and get check-in instructions. Contact information can be found on the booking confirmation. Zermatt is a car-free village. Guests can park their car in Täsch in an indoor parking facility and continue to Zermatt by train or taxi. The hotel offers complimentary transfers from Zermatt Train Station to the hotel. The saltwater pool is closed in May and from October until mid-December.
