Important Information
In accordance with the directives of the Ministry of Tourism, from April 29, 2025, entry to and stay in Mecca are prohibited for individuals who do not have an official entry permit (Hajj Visa) issued for the Hajj season 1446H. Tourist visa holders and those with other types of visas will be strictly prohibited from entering Makkah during the Hajj season. Front desk is open 24/7. Only Muslims are allowed to enter the holy cities of Mecca and Medina. Couples wishing to share a room must provide proof of marriage.
