Front desk is open 24/7. The city tax is required for all guests, except the business travelers who have proof that they are working for a company located in Baden-Baden, or their client located in Baden-Baden. The reception will ask for the credit card number as a guarantee for any extras from the hotel or any incidental damages. Children over 12 years and staying in the parents’ room will be charged an additional fee of EUR 45.00 at the hotel. Children under 6 years can eat for free (breakfast and à la carte food).
