Front desk is open 24/7. The exact time of arrival and departure must be reported, as eviction occurs exactly 24 hours after the time of settlement. Check-in at a transit hotel is not possible with baggage, it must be checked in for the flight in advance or taken to the airport luggage storage. Reservations are required for massage services and spa treatments. Reservations can be made by contacting the hotel prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. A maximum of 2 adults and 01 Child below the age of 12 years can stay in the same room, using the existing bedding. Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms. Some facilities may have restricted access. Guests can contact the property for details using the contact information on the booking confirmation. 1.1 If you are flying into Dubai International Airport, the Dubai International Hotel is located inside the Airport Terminal Buildings before Passport Control (Immigration and Customs) in all three Concourses A, B and C. You must be in Transit to Access the Hotel. 1.2 Passengers are strongly advised not to pass through Immigration and Customs and exit the Terminal, as they will be denied access to the Hotel until 3 hours prior to their ongoing flight’s departure time. 2.1 If you are arriving at Dubai International Airport from Dubai City, the Dubai International Hotel is located inside the Airport Terminal Buildings after Passport Control (Immigration and Customs) in all three Concourses A, B and C.. You must be checked in to a flight to access the hotel. 2.2 Passengers are strongly advised to confirm the check in times of flights and the details of their check in procedures with their respective Airlines. 3.0 If you are arriving to Terminal 2, do not exit the Terminal and pass through Passport Control (Immigration and Customs). You will have to go to the Transfer Desk and use the free inter-terminal shuttle bus to gain access to Concourses A, B or C. 4.0. Please inform us your arrival flight details, and we will endeavor to meet you upon arrival at the disembarkation lounge. Please note that we cannot always guarantee delivery of service. 5.0 Access to the Hotel Reception in Concourse A can be made using the elevators located near gates A1 or A24. In Concourse B, access to the Hotel Reception can be made using the elevators located between near gates B12 or B22. In Concourse C, one can access the Hotel Reception using the dedicated escalators or elevators located in between gates C15 and C17. 6.0. Passengers can access and move between all three Concourses A, B and C. (On the Air side). 7.0 It is strongly recommended that passengers carry their toiletries etc. in their hand luggage, as they will be unable to retrieve their checked-in luggage for reasons mentioned in the points above. Below are the updated procedures for all guests arriving at Terminal 3: Option 1 – QR Code Verification: — A valid mobile number must be provided in advance to register the guest booking and receive a unique QR code. — The QR code is typically generated 48 hours prior to arrival and shared by the Front Office team with the guest or travel agency via email. — One QR code accommodates up to seven guests; a party of ten requires two mobile numbers to generate two QR codes. — Upon arrival, after collecting their luggage, guests should proceed to the Greet & Go Lounge, located in the DXB Terminal 3 – Arrivals area. — Guests must present the QR code to the lounge staff for verification. — Once verified, a Six Senses Zighy Bay airport representative will personally escort the guests to their vehicle. QR Code Policy: QR code is only generated for Six Senses Zighy Bay guests with a confirmed arrival transfer. Cannot be issued to DMC representatives or third parties. QR is only applicable for arrival at Dubai International Airport – Terminal 3. Other terminals are not affected Option 2 - No QR Code — If the guest prefers not to share a mobile number due to privacy concerns, the following alternative is available: — Upon arrival guests should call the airport representative directly at the mobile. — The transportation team is not permitted to enter the arrivals hall and can only wait outside at Exit 2. — Guests will need to make their way independently to Exit 2, where the team will be waiting to assist with their transfer.
