On the day of arrival, you should call the apartments in order to arrange key collection. Please contact Fisa Rentals Gran Via Apartments if you expect to arrive after 21:00. Please note that arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00 must be arranged in advance and carry a surcharge of EUR 30. A damages deposit of EUR 200 is payable on arrival. This will be refunded upon departure once the condition of the apartment has been checked.
