Important Information
In accordance with the directives of the Ministry of Tourism, from April 29, 2025, entry to and stay in Mecca are prohibited for individuals who do not have an official entry permit (Hajj Visa) issued for the Hajj season 1446H. Tourist visa holders and those with other types of visas will be strictly prohibited from entering Makkah during the Hajj season. Front desk is open 24/7. During Ramadan check-in time starts from 04:00 PM. Guests may be asked for marriage certificate at checking-in. Children up to 6 year old sharing parents’ room are free room and meals with a maximum of two children. Children between 7 - 12 years of age sharing parents’ room will be charged 50% for meals with free accommodation without adding extra beds. Children are 12 years old and above will be considered as adults.
