In accordance with the directives of the Ministry of Tourism, from April 29, 2025, entry to and stay in Mecca are prohibited for individuals who do not have an official entry permit (Hajj Visa) issued for the Hajj season 1446H. Tourist visa holders and those with other types of visas will be strictly prohibited from entering Makkah during the Hajj season. Front desk is open 24/7. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. All reservations must be guaranteed with valid credit card, this same credit card will be required to be presented with owner ID upon arrival otherwise guest must present alternative method of payments.
