Please note that a surcharge may apply for UAE residents upon arrival. Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at UAE hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information. Front desk is open 24/7. The hotel charges a city tax of AED 20.00 per room for one night, for a two-room — AED 40.00 per day, for a three-room — AED 60.00 per day. For Presidential Suite the city tax is AED 60.00 per night. For Christmas and New Year's Eve dinners, guests may be charged separately at the hotel. Starting Monday, 14 July 2025, Tasca by José Avillez will be closed for refurbishment, with reopening planned for early October 2025. The 6th Floor swimming pool will also be closed for maintenance throughout this time. Four additional swimming pools are available on the ground floor and remain accessible to all guests.
