In summer, the hotel offers guests a beach holiday on an equipped beach, located a few minutes away by shuttle.
Multifunctional conference center MANTERA Resort Congress, with an area of 10,000 sq. m., accommodates up to 3000 guests and has its own entrance from the street. The conference center is suitable for conferences, board meetings, presentations, exhibitions, fashion shows, car displays, corporate events, as well as weddings and various celebrations. The infrastructure of the conference center includes: a transforming Premier hall, with an area of 1500 sq. m., Golden and Silver halls, with an area of over 300 sq. m. and numerous meeting rooms.

The hotel's room capacity is represented by 508 rooms of 12 different categories, from Standard with mountain views, with an area of 32 sq. m., to the Presidential Suite with a panoramic terrace of 140 sq. m. Each room includes one large king-size bed or two separate beds, upholstered furniture in the form of a sofa or sofa, a TV panel, a mirror, a minibar, a bathroom equipped with a shower or bath, and a balcony with furniture for relaxation.

Upon arrival, Russian citizens must provide the original (not a copy) of one of the following documents: a valid Russian domestic or international passport, or driver's license. Front desk is open 24/7. The hotel is undergoing renovations, completion date is unknown. Cats and dogs weighing up to 7 kg are allowed in the hotel. It is allowed to stay with one pet. Pets are allowed only in special rooms. To accommodate a pet, you must have and be ready to present a standard passport, an up-to-date certificate from a veterinarian with a note on all vaccinations. Finding animals at food points is only possible in carriers. Pets are not allowed on the beach or in the SPA complex. Pets are not allowed on site.
