Front desk is open 24/7. The reception is only open until midnight. If guests plan to arrive later, they should call the hotel in advance to avoid a no-show. Upon check-in guests have to provide a certificate of full COVID vaccination, 3 shots with an EU-approved vaccine, or proof that the guest has already had COVID up to six months prior to check-in.
