While heavy structural works will be limited to specific areas and restricted working hours, from 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM from April to October, minor noise disturbances may still occur. Guests staying on higher floors with balconies facing the Mitsis Grand may experience some visual and noise impact during the construction period. While the works may be visible from certain parts of the Petit Palais, The hotel is committed to ensuring that guests, continue to enjoy a stay. Key measures in place to protect the guest experience: Room Allocation: The hotel is trying to allocate Standard Twin Rooms away from the renovation site whenever availability permits. However, as this room type is distributed across all sides of the hotel, the hotel kindly note that allocation is subject to availability. For guests in Partial Sea View Rooms, please be aware that while some may overlook the works, others offer uninterrupted views. Pool Area: The swimming pool is located at the rear of the hotel and remains unaffected. Work Schedule: Renovation works are strictly limited to 10:00 AM to 03:00 PM daily, and any noise is expected to be light and infrequent.
