Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. The number of extra beds in the hotel is limited. In case of booking for more than two people, including children, please contact the hotel in advance to clarify the availability of extra beds for the date of interest. For children from 0 to 14 years old, a birth certificate is required. Without parents or legal representatives, for whom the parents must draw up a free-form permit, the child cannot stay at the hotel. For children from 14 to 18 years old, it is necessary to present documents proving the identity of the minor (passport). Foreign guests are required to present a valid original photo ID upon check-in. Visa support services for foreign citizens are provided free of charge.
