In accordance with the directives of the Ministry of Tourism, from April 29, 2025, entry to and stay in Mecca are prohibited for individuals who do not have an official entry permit (Hajj Visa) issued for the Hajj season 1446H. Tourist visa holders and those with other types of visas will be strictly prohibited from entering Makkah during the Hajj season. Front desk is open 24/7. During Ramadan, check-in begins at 06:00 PM. Extra bed is charged separately. Only Muslims are allowed to enter the holy cities of Mecca and Medina. Local laws may restrict unmarried guests from sharing rooms. Guests are responsible for providing proof of marriage, if requested by the property. Couples wishing to share a room must provide proof of marriage. The property has connecting/adjoining rooms, which are subject to availability and can be requested by contacting the property using the number on the booking confirmation. No pets and no service animals are allowed at this property. Alcohol is not served or permitted at this property. This property advises that enhanced cleaning and guest safety measures are currently in place.
