Important Information
Upon arrival, Russian citizens must provide the original (not a copy) of one of the following documents: a valid Russian domestic or international passport, or driver's license. The front desk is open until 23:00. In case of check-in after 11:00 PM, guests should inform the hotel in advance and get check-in instructions. Contact information can be found on the booking confirmation. Economy class rooms are located in the Summer House (Kesyaita) and operate during the warm season - approximately from April 15 to November 14. The guest kitchen operates on the same schedule as the Summer House. Pets are allowed to stay only in the economy class summer house by prior arrangement. All rooms are equipped with a full bathroom. Guests are received until 11:00 PM. If for any reason check-in is delayed for a short time, guests must notify the administrator by telephone.
