Important Information
Since October 2017, all owners of quadrocopters and other unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) are required to register their devices with the National Television and Radio Commission of Thailand (NBTC). In case of violation of the order, Thai law provides for a penalty of up to five years in prison and / or a fine of up to 100 thousand baht (about 3 thousand US dollars). Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Thailand hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information. Under the new immigration procedures, effective May 1, 2025, all foreign nationals entering Thailand by air, land or sea must complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) online form on the official website of the Bureau of Immigration of Thailand three days prior to arrival. Front desk is open 24/7. The property's hillside cable car operates from 08:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 05:00 PM to 09:00 PM. Transfers outside the mentioned hours are required to contact the property in advance. A deposit of THB 3,000.00 is required upon arrival. Children 4-12 years will be charged THB 550.00 for breakfast when using existing bedding. As a deposit, the guest can provide a card or cash. If the card, then the funds will be returned to the card in no more than 14 days. For Christmas and New Year's Eve dinners, guests may be charged separately at the hotel.
