You can check-in and collect your keys at the Short Stay Group check-in desk at Schiphol Airport or at their office in Amsterdam centre at Herengracht 451. Please note that additional costs apply when you check-in/out outside the given times. The hotelier will contact the guests after booking with detailed check-in information and contact details. Guests need a valid credit card upon check-in for an authorization of 300 EUR as a security deposit to cover potential damage and disturbance.
