VILLA CLUB
Infinity pool at the Villas: Only available for adults (18+ years old) staying at the Villas. Access for Citadel guests is not permitted
Breakfast at El Mirador: only for guest staying in Villa Club rooms and suites, and available for families and adults

Tagor’ Villas does no longer exists. Adults Only Villas are available in Del Mar lane (up to 24 rooms & suites). It will open an extra adults only lane based on demand and occupancy level

Funicular service to the beach and the Wellness Experience (water circuit) at The Ritz- Carlton, Spa remain closed until further notice.
Reservations require for gym, spa treatments, restaurants and Ritz Kids Club.
Tennis and Paddle facilities will remain unavailable for guests as follows:
From the 16th May to 27th May, the Paddle courts will be closed for maintenance as they will be replacing the surface on all four courts.
And from 23rd to 30th October when there will be no availability for the clients to play tennis from 21st to 28th October at the Abama Tennis Academy as all the courts as they will be hosting the ATP125 Tenerife Challenger Tennis tournament.
Children share existing bedding; If you require an extra bed, this is subject to availability and additional charges will apply. Extra charges will be paid directly to the hotel.
